Shipping Information & Made-to-Order Timeframe

DELIVERY TIMES

Pillow covers and some of our fabrics are made to order in the USA. 

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Most orders are cut, sewn, and shipped from our warehouse within 4-9 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 12 business days for dispatch.

The exceptions are Pillows with added trims, Schumacher pillows and fabrics, and William Morris pillows and fabrics. These items ship in 2-3 weeks on average. 

Most orders are shipped from Santa Clarita, CA. USA. 

Shipping within the US: Please allow 2-5 business days of transit time (after tracking begins) to deliver.

Shipping to rest of the world: Please allow 14-28 business days to deliver. VAT or customs may be charged by the receiving country, and are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not add those fees into the checkout process. 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
